Shipping policy

 


We currently use Australia Post for all deliveries. Shipping can take anywhere from 2-14 days (within Aus) from dispatch.

All products will be issued with a tracking number. You will be sent your tracking number via an automated email after your order has been dispatched.

We offer FREE standard shipping Australia wide on all orders over the value of $100.00.

Standard delivery ($10.00) includes tracking Australia wide however does not require a signature. By choosing the standard shipping option, you agree to your order being left in a safe place by the driver without notification. An estimated delivery date range will be displayed at checkout however this is not guaranteed.

Express post delivery ($15.00)  is available for an additional cost and includes overnight delivery (where applicable) and tracking. It does not include a signature on delivery. By choosing the express shipping option, you agree to your order being left in a safe place by the driver without notification. An estimated delivery date range will be displayed at checkout however this is not guaranteed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout. All international deliveries are sent with Australia Post and then passed onto the recipient country’s local postal service.

Standard International shipping also includes a signature on delivery and free SMS tracking if required. You may wish to check with your local postal service if your order has not arrived when it was due, as you may not have been notified of an attempted delivery. Ensure you check your tracking details regularly to monitor the progress of your delivery. 

Express international shipping is also available at an additional cost (calculated at checkout). We highly recommend using this option to ensure fast and safe delivery of your order, especially if you are located outside of the US, United Kingdom, Canada or New Zealand.

    TAXES & CUSTOMS DUTY: International buyers are liable for any customs and import taxes that may incur. All countries regulations and taxes will vary. We are not responsible for delays due to items being held in customs for any extent of time.

      Australia Post DOES NOT offer a fragile service. Whilst we take every care in packaging your order, we are NOT responsible or liable for any breakages, damage or lost items during the delivery process.
